Terms of service

These terms govern your use of shopmerchlab.co.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy. Nothing here removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who we are

What we sell

Merch Lab is a reseller. We are not an authorised retailer for, and are not affiliated with, any of the brands whose products we sell. Brand names and logos are used only to describe the item you are buying and remain the property of their owners.

Some items are held by us and some are sourced to order. Each product page tells you which, along with the delivery estimate that applies.

Authenticity

Every item is checked by us before it ships. If you believe something you have bought is not authentic, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will investigate and, where we agree, refund you in full.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. A contract between us is formed only when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline the order, for example if the item turns out to be unavailable or if we spot a pricing error.

Prices and errors

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Resale prices vary by size, so a card showing "From" quotes the lowest size available.

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel or pay the correct price. We will not simply charge you the difference.

Your account

Accounts are secured by a one-time code sent to your email address, so there is no password to lose. Keep access to that inbox secure, as anyone who can read it can sign in.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to break the law, to scrape or resell our content, or to interfere with how it runs for other people.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We do not exclude any of the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, if you are in the EU, under your national consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
