Shipping policy

We deliver across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

How quickly we dispatch

Merch Lab sells both stock we hold ourselves and stock we source, and the two move at different speeds. Each product page tells you which one you are buying.

• Held in stock with us — dispatched within 1 working day.
• Sourced or held with a consignor — the item comes to us and is authenticated before it goes out. Expect delivery within 8 days.

Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Tracking

Every order is sent on a tracked service. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Deliveries to the European Union

We ship from the United Kingdom. EU orders may be subject to import VAT and customs duty in the destination country. Where these charges are collected at checkout, the amount is shown before you pay. Where they are not, they are payable to the carrier on delivery and are your responsibility.

Customs clearance can add a few days to the timescales above, and that time is outside our control.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been collected, and we cannot refund orders lost because of an address entered incorrectly.

If your order does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for three working days, or your parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email hello@shopmerchlab.co.uk. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.

Your right to cancel and return an order is set out in our return and refund policy, and is unaffected by anything on this page.
