Brands and trade marks

Merch Lab is an independent reseller. We are not an authorised dealer for, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of the brands we stock. All brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods offered for sale.

Product safety

Goods we sell are supplied with the safety, labelling and warning information provided by their manufacturer. If a product you have bought from us is the subject of a safety recall, contact us and we will tell you what to do.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please email hello@shopmerchlab.co.uk first. We acknowledge complaints in writing and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

The European Commission online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025, so there is no ODR link to give you. If we cannot settle a dispute directly, we will tell you which alternative dispute resolution body applies and whether we agree to use it.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
